TICKET POLICY

1. Non-Attendance Tickets are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

  • If you are unable to attend due to personal unavailability, change of plans within 24 hours of an event, or for any reason outside of Elite’s control, no refunds or credits will be issued.

  • If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of an event, and only where approved by Elite, a ticket credit may be offered for another event.

  • If cancellation occurs 4 weeks or more before an event, a refund will be approved.

2. Suspension or Ban

  • If an attendee is suspended, removed, or permanently banned from Elite events including where concerns have been raised to us by other venues or event organisers all current and future tickets are forfeited.

  • No refunds or credits will be provided.

3. Event Adjustments

  • In the unlikely event that Elite needs to reschedule or cancel an event, guests will be offered either a transfer to a new date or a credit toward a future event.
